PodiumVibe is a motorsport fan community run from the United Kingdom. This policy explains what information we collect when you use podiumvibe.co.uk, join our Discord server or purchase a membership, and how we use it.

What we collect

Email address — collected when you start a membership checkout, so we can link your membership and send essential receipts.

Payment details — handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

Usage data — basic, anonymous analytics (pages visited, device type) to help us improve the site.

How we use it

To manage your membership and give you access to the Discord community.

To send essential service emails (receipts, membership updates). We do not send marketing spam.

To understand how the site is used so we can make it better.

Third-party services

Stripe processes payments under its own privacy policy.

Discord hosts our community; your Discord account and activity are governed by Discord's privacy policy.

We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

Your rights

You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it at any time by emailing podiumvibe@gmail.com. We aim to respond within 30 days.
